Identification tip: if you catch only a snippet of a hourly weather roundup, you can use https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/wx/afos/list.phtml?by=pil&pil=RWR to look up historical weather roundup data by the hour.

The first observation listed is always assumed to be a detailed observation with pressure, humidity, wind speed, etc. Subsequent detailed observations are noted.
