Forecasts are introduced with "Here is the forecast, for the following area in Utah." Conditions are introduced with "Here are some 10 AM observations for (part of Utah)... in northern Utah... and outside of Utah..." "This is NOAA Weather Radio KJY61, serving Escalante and south-central Utah."
