Programming is from NWS Salt Lake City, so a couple things to listen for are "Here is the forecast, for the following area in Utah..." and "Here are some 3 PM observations..." Provo may be a primary observation site, or Manti-Ephraim Airport. Primary zone forecast product is probably Sanpete Valley. "This is NOAA Weather Radio WNG594, serving the Sanpete and Sevier Valleys."
