			"This is NOAA Weather Radio Station WXL86 operated on a frequency of 162.40 megahertz by the National Weather Service in Spokane, in cooperation with the State of Washington. Studio equipment is located in the National Weather Service office on Rambo Road in Spokane. A 100-watt transmitter is located on Mount Spokane. WXL86 broadcasts up to the minute information on hazardous weather such as winter storms, severe thunderstorms and flooding. It also provides the latest weather forecasts for northeast Washington and the Idaho Panhandle. Local and regional weather observations are updated hourly. Climatological data for Spokane is available each cycle. Tests of the NOAA Weather Radio warning alarm device are normally conducted on Wednesday between 10 a.m. and noon, weather permitting."
